If you dress up a hotel ballroom to look like a disco, it looks... well... like a clichéd bar mitzvah. We use a real New York club so that your event looks, sounds and feels real. Ours is a magnificent discotheque that can host hundreds handsomely, or be curtained off so that smaller fetes find their fit. And we all know how important real cool is when you're catering to 13 year olds!
Our dance leaders aren’t kiddie entertainers either. We use a dance troupe whose primary business is professional music videos (Blade Dance). And with a top-notch sound system, special effects lighting, and a few whimsical touches thrown in too (someone’s grandpa usually loves that big bubble machine!), we create an environment that’s ripe with contagious good energy.
Our MC, DJ, and dancers aren't those clichéed party entertainers making the merriment feel forced. We hit real cool right, never schmaltzy, the kind of people that just fill a room with contagious good energy.

Our family owned business guarantees personal attention by the owner: Our ringleader is Deb Wasser, born, raised, and bat mitzvahed in Manhattan, New York. Deb graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in '85 and was a TV producer for 15 years before launching her little dream, Family Disco. The nascent business grew exponentially after winning New York Magazine's BEST OF for parties in its first year of business. And we've won best party again and again every year since!
